To Each and Every Muslim A Very Happy Ramadan!!!
Assalamu Alaikum,
Muslims around the world look forward to the holy month of “Ramadan” which is full of goodness and blessings. Both males and females start to fast a little earlier than sunrise and break it at sunset and also stop themselves from all the evil and bad things and habits throughout the fast. Rich people get a chance to realize what hunger and thirst is and at the same time come forward to help the poorer. We can make Allah happy in various ways in the month of Ramadan as we fast for Allah and He will give us rewards for our fasting. Be really good not only this month but at all times.
May This Ramadan be as bright as ever.
May this Ramadan bring joy, health and wealth to you.
May the festival of lights brighten up you
and your near and dear ones lives.
May this Ramadan bring in u the most
brightest and choicest happiness and
love you have ever wished for.
May this Ramadan bring you the
utmost in peace and prosperity.
May lights triumph over darkness.
May peace transcend the earth.
May the spirit of light illuminate the world.
May the light that we celebrate at Ramadan
show us the way and lead us together on the
path of peace and social harmony
Wish you a very happy Ramadan Mubarak

Helping you help yourself.
Let me ask you something. If someone prays for patience, do you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient?
If s/he prayed for courage, does God give her/him courage, or does He give her/him opportunities to be courageous?
If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does He give them opportunities to love each other?
FACT: Faith should be followed by action. "God helps those who help themselves" - Benjamin Franklin.
Now, getting BUSY!!!!
Keep well and till next time.

Why Business Never Works For Some People
Let me tell you this...if you always jump from one program to another just because you haven’t earned adequate money, then you will never succeed in any program. Believe me.
Building your own organization of downlines needs patience and persistence. This applies to any business. Most of the times, it takes at least 1 year to finally see the best results in your Network Marketing business.
That’s why so many fail to succeed in Network Marketing. They just don’t hang around long enough to see their success coming.
Here is what frequently happens. After several months of advertising, prospecting and training the result is still frustrating, so they decide to quit and find a more suitable program. Guess what, they won’t stay long in that new program too. It becomes a habit. Hopping from one program to another.
So please take my advice. If you decide to join a credible and solid Network Marketing program, never never quit until you succeed!
Keep promoting and make evaluations. Do some research. Do a lot of researches. What kind of advertising that works nowadays? What works today may not work well next year.
Be patient. People would gladly join you if they know you well. Don’t be too pushy in prospecting, or they will run away from you.
Be persistent. Everyone has setbacks in their business. Don’t take rejections personally. You don’t need 1000 recruits under you. You just need a couple of those willing people who will run the business seriously. Your organization will grow rapidly.
Promote, Patience and Persistence will take you to the top. REMEMBER: By perseverance even the snail reached the Ark.
Keep well and till soon.

What to do to achieve success
In order to achieve success, there are 3 personal qualities you must build as a foundation. They say that success leaves clues, and if you model the behavior of successful people you can also become successful. Underneath the behavior are key characteristics of a leader that may not be evident at first glance. Master these and you are well on your way to achieving the life you want to live.
1) Self-esteem
Do you believe that you are a good person? That you deserve to have good things happen to you? How about your skills? Do you think you are talented? Until you believe in yourself, you will find it very difficult to get others to believe in you.
We often have a negative talk track in our heads that continually points out our flaws in brutal honesty. Tune into your thoughts and see what I mean. You will say things like, “that’s stupid”, “you look fat”, “why did you say that”, “you’ll never make that sale”, etc. It’s a running flow of negativity that you need to shut off. If you’ve ever listened to Brian Tracy, he coaches people to say “I like myself” over and over and over.
2) Self-Management
Self-management has two components: awareness and management. The first part of this is to provide yourself with an accurate assessment of your skills, strengths and weaknesses. Remember though, you are often more critical of yourself than you should be, so take the time to get feedback from others whose opinions you trust. The second part is to set realistic goals for yourself and then keep score. Measure your progress and adjust according to that feedback. A word of caution here is to measure early and measure often so that you can make sure you are getting better every day.
3) Responsibility
Successful people take responsibility for themselves and everything that happens in their lives. The results you have achieved so far are directly related to the decisions and actions you’ve taken in life. Taking responsibility means acknowledging when you’ve made less than optimal choices and then doing something different. Take action towards your goals and pay attention to doing things right. Uphold your values so that you can look yourself in the mirror, and set the bar for personal performance high.
While no one can guarantee your success, what I can guarantee is that you will not be successful if you do not possess these 3 personal characteristics. The good news is that all of these can be learned by modeling the behaviors of others and making sure you continually give yourself honest feedback on the progress you are making.

8 reasons why you should be in business for yourself
Are you tired of going to work each day feeling that what you’re doing is pointless or meaningless? Do you not feel excitement about your work or field? Do you hate that you are away from your children so many hours each day? Would you like to have more time to just be?
What are you waiting for? Below are 8 reasons why you should be in business for yourself:
You can follow your passion
If you start your own business, you can start it doing something you are passionate about. Something that you are excited to get out of bed for each and every morning!
You can control your own destiny
By starting your own business, you are taking responsibility for your future and not leaving in the hands of a corporation or government. You have a driving force in your destiny.
You take the risks, and reap the rewards
Starting your own business has its risks, that is for sure, and you have to be willing to take some calculated risks. Once you do so though, YOU are the one who gets to reap the rewards.
You can choose who you work with and who not to
You have a choice as to what field you want to be in and what types of clients and customers you want to go after. You can even turn down the wrong type of customer! You have that authority!
You can get things done faster
No more busy work, no more waiting on coworkers or another department to get their part done to hand over to you. No more inefficient processes. You decide the workflow.
You can connect with your customers
In many jobs today, you do not see or even know who your “customers” are. In large businesses, there may be many levels of business between you and the customer. When you start your own business, you can have the opportunity to know and meet your customers, and this in itself can be very rewarding!
You can feel pride in something of your own
Building a viable business is something to be proud of! You did it with your own two hands! And even if you had some help and support (which you probably will!) just knowing that YOU are behind that success is awesome!
You can find your own work/life balance
While starting your own business can take quite a bit of effort, energy and countless hours of work, you can still have input into your work/life balance. Being the boss gives you the ability to make the hard choices about your business to help it mesh and flow with your family.
Many man & women today value work/life balance as much as their earnings, as we have learned that having it all may be possible, but is it really what we want?

You are defined by what you do
Twice today people i rubbed shoulders with dropped the phrase: ‘You are defined by what you do’.
So during my evening jog I found myself thinking about this and euhm...
It’s not what you say that defines you. Because many say and never do.
It’s not what you propose that defines you. For many make plans and never carry them out.
Many talk about giving but never give. Many talk about supporting but never support.
It’s what you DO that defines you.
Actions speak louder than words.
Faith without works is dead.
To sum it up…people will watch what you do rather than listen to what you say.
Why? Because it defines you.
It is the real you.
So be a doer.
Be defined!
